Royal Forest Department of Thailand (กรมป่าไม้)

Royal Forest Department of Thailand

All our plantations are officially registered with the Royal Forest Department of Thailand — the national authority responsible for forest legality and sustainability. Plantation registration is the foundation of our chain-of-custody and the proof that every log we sell originates from a legally established and managed source.

Detailed plantation registration extracts are available on request as part of our compliance documentation pack.

EUDR — EU Deforestation Regulation Compliance

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), in force since 2024, requires that every timber product placed on the European market be free of any link to deforestation and accompanied by complete due-diligence documentation.

Early Bird Co., Ltd. is fully prepared. For every shipment to the European Union, we provide:

  • Geolocation coordinates of the plot of harvest, in the official EU format
  • Plot-level chain-of-custody data linking the harvested volume to a registered plantation
  • Risk assessment and mitigation report in line with Article 10 of the Regulation
  • Operator due-diligence statement (DDS) ready for submission via the EU TRACES information system

Confidentiality notice: EUDR reports contain sensitive geolocation and supply-chain data. We do not publish them publicly. Full reports are shared on request with verified buyers under a confidentiality agreement.
